UTM Scholar’s Inn is just like a studio type of accommodation or apartment. Depending on which unit, there are 2 to 3 rooms, a hall, 1 or 2 bathroom and a kitchen. UTM Scholar’s Inn has 87 units of apartment located at Kolej Perdana, Kolej Rahman Putra, and Kolej Tun Fatimah, inside Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Overall, Scholar’s Inn unit is divided into:

Reservation

  • 50% deposit is required for only reservation which more than 5 unit of houses
  • Reservation for Mac Convocation will be open on 27 Feb 2011.
  • 50% deposit is required for convocation reservation
  • The deposit must be paid at the Scholar’s Inn Office a week within the reservation has been made.

Payment method

All payment must be done during check in. Method of payment is by cash, cheque, credit card or LO/PO. All cheque is payable to BENDAHARI UTM. All payment is in Ringgit Malaysia.

UTM staffs on official work are required to complete the BPPRT1/2004 form and fax to us 3 days before check in. Failure to submit the form during check in, staff has to pay by cash.

* Guest are entitle to get monthly rate if stay more than 30 days.

Contest

Presently (at the time this post is published), Scholar’s Inn is launching a contest to create its LOGO and TAGLINE. The contest runs from 5th January to 6th February 2011. Attractive cash prices as well as certificates are provided for winners.
