Who say we can only surf at overseas? or Hawaii?

For us, Johorean, we can try to surf at Desaru beaches. Seriously, I have no idea at all that Desaru is a location for surfers until I read local newspaper few days ago mentioning it. I haven’t had the time to read the entire article, so I researched about it in Google.
There are some surf activity within the Desaru beach in Johor. Beginner level. Mostly locals and some Singaporean for breaks in weekends. Surfed there once – long baords and boogie …
