Nordin Top Burried in Pontian, Johor Bahru
Kuala Lumpur (ANTARA News) – Siti Rahma, slain terror mastermind Noordin M Top`s wife, accompanied by her brother-in-law, Yahya, left Kuala Lumpur for Jakarta on Thursday morning to claim her husband`s body.
At the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, they were joined by a policewoman and two policemen.
They took Malaysian Airline with flight number MAS 0711 and were expected to arrive at the Soekarno-Hatta international airport at 10.10 local time.

At a press conference at the National Police Headquarters in Jakarta recently, National Police Chief Gen Bambang Hendarso Danuri confirmed that one of four terror suspects shot dead during the raid was Malaysian fugitive terror mastermind Noordin Mohammad Top.
Last Sept. 24, two Malaysian police officers came to Kramat Jati Police Hospital in east Jakarta to see Noordin`s body.
They were accompanied by several officers of the Indonesian Police Headquarters when visiting the police hospital.
It was earlier reported that Noordin`s body would be handed to the Malaysian embassy in Jakarta after the issuance of his death certificate and his body had been preserved.
Noordin`s body is to be buried in the Pontian area, Johor Bahru, close to where his family and wife live. During his nine-year stay in Indonesia, Noordin had also married two Indonesian women.
Noordin M Top and Dr Azahari , both Malaysian nationals, were believed to have also masterminded the Marriott Hotel bombing in Jakarta on August 5, 2003 which killed 12 people, and injured 147 others.
They, as terror coordinators of the Al-Qaeda-linked Southeast Asian branch of the Jemaah Islamiyah militant network, were also believed to have masterminded a series of major terrorist acts in Indonesia, including the Bali bombings in 2002, a deadly blast at the Australian Embassy in Jakarta in 2004, and bombings in Bali in October 2005 that killed more than 220 people, including a number of Australian tourists. Dr Azahari was killed in a police raid in East Java in November 2005.
