It cost RM8.00 only.

Sorry Guys..Banafe Village for me is not highly
professional and satisfied place to be with family…or couple..

    Because :-

1 ) Food is totally outdated, no variety , and no taste.

2 ) The waiter/waitress – This is the main problem. After sit on the table, we need to wait 30 minutes for first drink. Can you imagine that?

3 ) Overprice – Yes, they place is totally overpriced .
The food is just simplt yest no taste, but the price is OMG !!
The owner only target SIngaporeans? Cmon…you must and need to know that local people is priority…

I was at Banafee Village @ JB on the 11/9/2011 havung my late lunch. I accidentally drop my hubbys wallet in the restaurant which only contains more than $700 Singapore dollars. I did not realize until I reach S’pore. I quikly call back the restaurant as I had the receipt with me. They told me that so how no one found but the will check it out and call back. I just prayed very hard tat that I could get it back.
Thank God that at 12:55pm one of the staff called me at told me tat the wallet was been found but there is no money …”I was shocked”

I got a friend from JB with all my details to collect my wallet from the restaurant. When he was there to collect my wallet he found that the restaurant had CCTV all over the place and he told the staff that he wants to see the manager who was not there at the moment to play back to see who pick out the wallet.

My friend went back again the next day and the manager gave us stupid
excuses …blar blar blar …and we did not get back our cash at all

    My main point is that
    1) Why u need a CCTV for ?? (pls dispose it)
    2) We foreigners are very disappointed when u called ur restaurant a 5 star standard
    3) Workers and staff should be honest and not greed when u see cash in other ppl’s wallet.
    4) If I drop it somewhere it’s different but I drop it in ur restaurant with CCTV all around
    5) If thing does not belong to u why must u own it.
    6) It is someone’s hard earn money …
    4) If this is S’pore wif CCTV I guarantee I can get back my wallet and cash.

One request pls get genuine and honest workers & staff to work in ur restaurant. Hope the management will look into this case seriously cos I dun want others (or foreigners) to have the same scenario or problem as me .

And lastly there is a proverb in Malay (Kalau tipu orang mati pun tak senang ) so I leave it to God

    Disappointed Customer
