JB Art School

While I was browsing the internet to search for local news, I stumbled upon an article that talks about art school in Johor Bahru. I think that’s so cool, so I read on since I have little knowledge about that.
Recently, there are only two art schools in Malaysia, one in Sarawak, and another in our local home, Johor Bahru at Jalan Abdul Samad here. Obvious reason to build art school in these two places simply because both have diverse art and culture heritage, which is true.

This year, Johor is trying to attract amateur and professional golfers from Asia pacific countries like Japan, South Korea, and China to come and play. It is a new project launched by the Johor Tourism Committee to boost up numbers of tourists to come to this state. So golfers, you are welcome to have a swing and rock on.

Surfing in Desaru, Johor

Who say we can only surf at overseas? or Hawaii?

For us, Johorean, we can try to surf at Desaru beaches. Seriously, I have no idea at all that Desaru is a location for surfers until I read local newspaper few days ago mentioning it. I haven’t had the time to read the entire article, so I researched about it in Google.

Indoor Snow in Danga City Mall This Christmas

It’s happening only at danga City Mall. After the story that Malaysia’s first outdoor skating ring yesterday, now JB dwellers can get to catch snow at Danga City Mall Giant Christmas tree and other exciting festivities, too
It is literally snowing at Danga City Mall (DCM) here!
DCM is the first in the south to offer this unique attraction as part of the festivities to celebrate Christmas.
Another major attraction is a four-meter (13-feet) high Christmas tree decorated with blue and white light, which has become a “must stop” place to take photographs.
