What is A Chocolate Fountain?

A Chocolate Fountain is a multi-tiered stainless steel apparatus with a heated core from which molten chocolate slowly erupts over the top and flows downward, encasing the steel, creating the effect of a cascading fountain. Dips such as strawberries, bananas, marshmallows, etc are provided on skewers which guests will then dip into the cascading chocolate flow to create delicious chocolate coated delicacies.

The last time I tried one was during last Ramadhan, but at that time I was breaking fast at a restaurant in SACC Mall, Shah Alam. Not in Johor Bahru.

Now, good news for chocolate lovers in JB, you can actually rent a chocolate fountain if you are having a party. Fancy serving strawberry covered with chocolate to your guests. Siti Nurhaliza might drop by. Hah!
