The city offers varieties of cultural experiences, entertaining night life and shopping paradise….For those who wish to stay and relax in this southern part of peninsular Malaysia, we recommend our fully furnished rest house located at Taman Mutiara Rini, Skudai, Johor Bahru. It’s just 20 minutes drive to Johor Bahru city centre.
We offer you a corner lot double storey house with 3 bedrooms enough to accommodate the entire family of 6 plus additional beds. The house is equipped with brand new TV set as well as fridge and other utensils. Details are what we are offering you as our guest…
House: Corner lot double storey house (1450 sq. ft).
Spaces: Living hall with brand new sofa and TV sets, dining tables as well as
fully furnished kitchen cabinet and cooking stoves. We also provide brand new fridge, washing machine and kettle and other kitchen utensils.
Rooms: We have 3 rooms and of course it comes with brand new queen size bed for master bedroom and 2 single beds for the other two rooms. In addition, 2 additional single beds are provided for those with large family members.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms with ‘tip-top’ condition are provided with 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Normal Rates
Though our rate is among the cheapest in Johor Bahru area we absolutely won’t compromise with the quality of our services. The facilities in our rest house are of the highest standards as we want to give our best to our customers.
Per night (weekdays from Sunday night – Thursday night) costs you only RM160
Per night (weekends from Friday night – Saturday night) costs you only RM190
Festivities Rates
A slight increase in rental rates is unavoidable during festive seasons such as Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Convocation Day and Malaysian festive holidays of Chinese New Year, Aidil Fitri, Deepavali, etc.
Per night (weekdays from Sunday night – Thursday night) costs you only RM210
Per night (weekends from Friday night – Saturday night) costs you only RM240

Assalamualikum….
saya ingin ke singapura untuk menghadiri majlis kahwin tetapi ingin menginap di Johor baru selama 2 malam pada 1-3 Jan 2010. Rombongan kami seramia 7 orang.
Saya tertarik dengan mutiara homestay tetapi malangnya ke semua biliknya berada di tingkat atas. Oleh kerana saya membawa ibu yang pakai wheel chair maka tak samapailah hajat saya untuk bermalam di situ.
Saya ingin bertanya…. di manakah saya boleh cari homestay yang sesuai untuk orang kurang upaya?

hi.i’m balqis. i would like to ask whether there is any discount for university student?because our friend is getting married on 23 jan 2010. we are not going to drive back to kl on that day…quiet far.If possible, we only want to stay there started at 3pm/4pm on 23 jan and the next day,we would like to check-out early at 8am.To avoid traffic.any reasonable price?
